Nestled in the shadow of the 12th-century St. Gorgon church, classified as a historical monument, and amidst the sites of World War I and the battles around Verdun, this master farmhouse, born at the end of the 17th century, is typical of Lorraine architecture, particularly in the Meuse region near Verdun.

Miraculously preserved from wars despite its location at the heart of World War I battle sites around Verdun, and in Lorraine in general, it bears the traces of the centuries it has endured:
